What is a service contract and why should you get one? Service contracts are contracts between businesses and IT Service Providers such as Dragora Technologies. For a monthly, quarterly, or annual fee we provide services to our customers for a set amount of time, usually one year. Often a server or computer will go down and companies will try to get someone out to repair it only to find out that they are busy, or reluctant to work on a system that they know nothing about. In return for signing a contract we assess your needs, setup all of the necessary paperwork, document the resources that we will be responsible for, prepare our distribution channels needed in order to supply parts for these resources, establish the boundaries of what is covered and mark you as a priority customer. This way when an emergency occurs you know where you stand and who to call. This process mitigates the chaos associated with a problem and makes it that much easier to get through. Service contracts usually provide for a set amount of service for free. Service contracts can be written up for servers, PCs, networks, printers, or for just about any other service that we provide. We can customize a service contract to fit your unique combination of needs.
