What is an administration contract and why should you get one?  Administration contracts are basically like service contracts; however, instead of repair, or restoration services, these contracts are created for administrative activities (see Service Contracts).  These contracts might involve administrative tasks such as managing users in Windows Active Directory, or managing email accounts.  These contracts make sense for small to medium sized businesses that don't generate enough administrative work to justify the average network administrator salary of $50K-$70K per year.
