Why use Dragora Technologies as an IT Supplier?

  • Lower Prices - On average our prices are lower than our major competitors such as CDW, Software House and Insight.  Being honest, it is unrealistic to state that our prices will always be lower due to purchasing differences on particular products and due to the fact that often IT prices are set in a fluid manner rather than using a hard percentage; however, we're confident that over a period of time you'll save a significant amount of money and that's what's important, a difference that affects your bottom line.
  • Faster Delivery - Many IT suppliers only have one warehouse. CDW, for instance, has one warehouse in Illinois.  Due to the fact that we work with distributors with decentralized warehousing, on average you'll receive equipment 1-2 days faster without paying any more for shipping.  Merchandise located closer to your location results in lower shipping costs and faster delivery, reducing IT wait time and accelerating project completion.
  • Backorder Notification - As a former Network Administrator I know what its like to order a needed product, wait for the product and call the IT supplier when the product doesn't show up only to find out that the product is backordered and won't be in for some time.  Many other resellers won't tell you that a product is backordered just to prevent you from going to a competitor.  At Dragora we feel that this is a horrible business practice which can easily make you look bad.  Sometimes, such as when a manufacturer is backed up, or when a specified product is unavailable due to unpopularity, or it is nearing discontinuation, products may not be in stock or may be on backorder.  While there isn't much that can be done about this we pledge to tell you if something is on backorder because its just common courtesy.
  • Less Backorders - As stated above, sometimes backorders cannot be avoided; however, compared to our competition we're able to greatly reduce the likelihood of a backorder occurring due to poor inventory control, a major cause of backordered products.  At Dragora Technologies we deal directly with four major distributors, each stocking hundreds of thousands of IT products and we're constantly expanding the amount of suppliers we do business with.  This means that our eggs are not all in one basket and that our supply system is fault tolerant.  If for some reason none of our suppliers can obtain a product we are able to go outside our normal supply chain and often drop ship the product from another third party business partner.  Together, these strategies greatly reduce backorders while giving your IT and accounts payable departments a single point of contact to make life much easier.  The end result is that you get the equipment you need in a timely manner, you look good and projects get started and completed faster.
  • Emergency Part Delivery - For the times when a critical part goes down, or when a new part is needed now, we offer an emergency part delivery service.  This service is currently available within a 120 mile radius of our office location in Bellmawr, NJ.  This covers most of the major cities in the Northeast.  For a fee we can pick up most popular products from our local warehouse and deliver them to your location within minutes or a couple of hours rather than a day or two like most of our competitors.  Due to the hours of our warehouses we can only offer this service during normal business hours; however, this could save thousands of dollars in downtime, offer the chance to replace a faulty part at night when things aren't quite so hectic, or get a critical project started and completed that much sooner.  Our priority part service is just on more tool you can use to make your department look better.
